Egg Boats!
This was during an event from the Spring Semester, I think. Probably for a salad. My memory evades me.
I thought they were a wonderful shape, and I think the chef had us make them as skinny as possible for the aesthetic. Anyways, imagine these little dudes floating in a soup sea. So cute!
